In recent years, there has been a very aggressive anti-bullying campaign, much of it focused on internet activities. Although this is a good thing, more attention needs to be focused on in-person bullying. Many people will go through life never encountering an actual bully, although most know a few who have been mean to them. An actual bully will try to intimidate, shame and physically abuse you. Right now, without knowing it, many are emphatically supporting the biggest bully we have ever known-America’s political left.

The Democratic party is having a hard time hiding the fact that they truly support a socialist style of government. 

-The U.S. Constitution is a mere hindrance to their philosophy of government, so it is being ignored. Liberals have been openly calling for silencing or banning conservative news networks.

-Democrat-loving Big Tech has killed Parler, a social media site more open to conservative viewpoints by not only removing their app from Google Play and Apple Store, but by barring them from an Amazon based server platform.  

-The free press of America, who was granted protections under the First Amendment because of their ability to “speak truth to power” has become nothing but a Democratic Propaganda Machine. Leftists are continuously interviewed with kid gloves and are defended by the media for almost all their actions with zero investigation, while conservatives are accused of Nazism, racism, misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia or just plain, old meanness for anything they support that is contrary to the left’s goals.

-The People’s House (the U.S. Capitol), and the rest of the Capitol Complex, has been off-limits to “the People” since the January incident in which some bad characters caused damage and trespassed in the halls of Congress, arousing calls of “insurrection” from the left. Zero weapons were involved. It did not happen because of Donald J. Trump’s words, but because of Pelosi’s actions. That day, the Capitol Police were extremely undermanned due to Speaker Pelosi’s insistence that bad optics were a reason to NOT bring in the National Guard.

After “winning” the Presidential election and subsequent Senatorial races, the Democrat party now reigns supreme in all three branches. No matter who tries to convince me that the election was fair, common sense (which is one of the least common things right now) tells me that millions of uncertified and untraceable ballots are an invitation to commit election fraud. It is also dubious that state and local executives changed election laws, which is clearly the purview of state legislators ONLY, according to our increasingly disregarded Constitution. The 2020 election was a sham. Joe Biden truly is an illegitimate President.

Now that the left rules our government, they are trying to pass legislation that will force all states to participate in mail-in balloting, make voter I.D. illegal and force the taxpayers to fund their political campaigns with tax dollars. They are trying to cement one-party rule. That WILL lead to socialism and that will then lead to Communism.

Make no mistake-This is a campaign of intimidation. The government is seeking to instill fear in, or silence, the citizens to whom they are responsible. Remember, they only govern at our consent. They literally are supposed to be working for us. Obviously, they seem to have forgotten these facts.

Do you honestly think that those men who founded our country would tolerate this? Our Founding Fathers mentioned that this would eventually happen. They told us how to stop it. We need only do the briefest of research.

George Washington summed it up nicely during our First (yes, I said it, “FIRST”) Revolutionary War and it applies now as well: “The time is now near at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be freemen or slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their houses and farms are to be pillaged and destroyed, and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human efforts will deliver them. The fate of unborn millions will now depend, under God, on the courage and conduct of this army. Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us only the choice of brave resistance, or the most abject submission. We have, therefore, to resolve to conquer or die.”

The behavior of the left and the current government over which they preside is a perfect example of a bully has gotten away with his misdeeds and is now trying to push even further. Caving to them only emboldens them.  As with all bullies, they will only stop when you bloody their nose.

Therefore, we have our Second Amendment protected right, and that is why the left continuously attacks it. Bullies do not like those who are capable of standing up for themselves. If we cannot stop this bully legislatively and with FAIR elections, the time may be soon…

Perhaps Thomas Paine says it best in “Common Sense”: “The period of debate is closed. Arms, as the last resource, decide the contest…The blood of the slain, the weeping voice of nature cries, ’tis time to part.”
